Plain Language Recommendations

Colour must not be used as the sole method of conveying content or distinguishing visual elements.

Notes

  1. Use bold or italics in addition to or instead of colour to set off one item in a list.

Guideline 1.4: Distinguishable

Make it easier for users to see and hear content including separating foreground from background.
