Navigation

Overview

Navigation should be logical, meaningful, and intuitive. This means that it should be clear to users where they are on a webpage, any action that they take should be met with a predictable reaction (e.g., a user can hover over a link without opening it, and can click on a link to open it), and they should be able to fully navigate a page using only the keyboard.
