Plain Language Recommendations

Blocks of text over one sentence in length must have foreground and background colours that can be selected by the user (either do not set colour values OR have a mechanism on the screen).

Guideline 1.4: Distinguishable

Make it easier for users to see and hear content including separating foreground from background.
